How to Book an Appointment:

Please book an appointment 2-3 days prior.
You may book via service hotlines or “Book an Appointment” feature on our website.
Information are needed as you book an appointment by phone or online. Please be ready to provide a brief summary of your situation, type of assistance needed, related persona information (name, contact information etc.), preference for time of counselling, preferences to counsellors. We will arrange suitable psychologists, psychology counsellors or psychotherapists based on your situation and preferences. If you are unsatisfied, we are able to re-assign. You may also choose your preferred professionals on our website.
Cancellation and Change Appointment. If you need to change the time for counselling session, you must inform and confirm with us 48 hours prior by phone, so we may make re-arrangements. Otherwise it will count as one session and fees will be charges.

Psychology counselling is strictly confidential as it involves personal information. Please choose a room/location that is quiet, undistracted and comfortable. Where you may communicate with your psychologist/psychology counsellor/psychotherapist undisturbed.
Please connect 10 minutes prior to appointment time to adjust microphone, web camera, headphones, so you may communicate with your counsellor effectively during session.
