Clinical and work Experience
2008.10 Qualification of psychiatrist, psychotherapy ward in Huilongguan Hospital.
2005.8-2008.9 I work as a resident in HuiLongGuan Hospital. Worked in the close-ward for 18 months with patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, depression and bipolar disorder. Worked in open-ward (psychotherapy ward) in which the major part of the patients suffered from personality disorders and all kinds of neurosis.
2003.8-2005 Internship in Shandong University's Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy. Accumulated more than 200 therapeutic hours with clients with disorders such as anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and adjustment disorders.
2003.11-2004.3 Internship in Shandong Mental Health Center. Psychological assessment for various mental disorders and treatment methods.
2004.11-2004.12 Teaching Assistant for courses of Psychotherapy and Counseling to undergraduates. Topics include behavioral therapy, cognitive therapy, client- centered therapy, and systemic family therapy.
Research Experience
2004.4-now Investigated the prevalence of cluster-B personality disorders among 3600 Chinese college students, 335 addiction patients and 300 prisoners. Explored childhood developmental features, the relationship between their childhood traumatic experience and their personality disorder, Assessed their personality traits by Five-Factor Model of personality (FFM). During the research, through interviewing subjects face to face. This research is also the first one in China which survey prevalence of personality disorder among large group of people.
2003.5-2003.10 Investigated the psychological state of patients with chronic hepatitis B and searched for efficient intervention strategies to relieve their stress by psychological approach. In this research, I had an average of four fifty-minute’s interviews with half of the sixty subjects and acquired adequate experience of psychological intervention with patients.
