Being China’s first non-profit psychology research institute established in 2003, we are dedicated to research, public awareness and education regarding psychological health. Since its establishment, over one hundred free lectures have been given to the public on topics including interpersonal relationships, family relationships, adolescence educations, career fatigue, student pre-test anxiety, etc.
Our partnering organizations include Hua-Xia psychology web, Shenzhen Bama Online, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Yunnan Provincial Health Worker Training Centre, Kunming Child Relief Centre, Kunming 14th Middle School, Kunming Song-Ming Penitentiary. We also have cooperated with the media, such as Yunnan Info Daily, Yunnan Daily, Kunming TV and Kunming Radio.
We have gained recognition as a high level organization by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Kunming City, as well by the general public.
Our publications include over fourty articles in psychological health (with ten commentaries), over twenty interactive Q&A collections and three in-depth feature interviews by the media.
Our research achievements include “Methods in Constructing Psychological Service Hotlines in Disaster Region”, “Folk Custom Memorial Rituals and Grief Counselling” and “Mnemonics for Township Officials for Psychological Assistance in Disaster Areas”. We also published the book "Training Manual for Volunteers of Post-Disaster Psychology Hotlines".
